Borrowhood is built around a simple idea: the thing you need for one afternoon may already be sitting unused next door. Tools, tents, party supplies, kids’ equipment, and kitchen appliances can do more when a neighborhood shares them.

Our mission is to make borrowing feel neighborly, not transactional. Lenders choose free sharing or a small fee, while clear deposits and damage-protection terms help people lend with confidence.

We’re starting with a neighborhood-first approach: bring people together around a local tool-library kickoff, build a shared street shelf, and grow block by block.
